Love clearly isn't in the air in "Mad Men", or if it is it's gone topsy turvey. The only couple who's relationship is actually going alright is between Roger's daughter and her to be husband Brooks. However, their marriage isn't scheduled until November 1963 so it seems bleek that it'll actually last through till marriage .
We recently found out the Joan had been raped by an unknown suspect. Could it be Roger double dealing? Perhaps. We all know Roger secretly longs for Joan, even though he's picked up his new young chick.
Mad Men is a story of 1960's New York. It begins in a fictional advertising agency known as "Sterling Cooper". It depicts the social and moral changes throughout America and the westeren world in the 1960's.
The show has received several awards since it aired back in January of 2007. The new 3rd season first hit screens on August 16th 2009. It has one a total of six Emmy's, three Golden Globes and a BAFTA award.
Some of the lead characters on the show are;
Don Draper, played by John Hamm, creative director of Sterling Cooper.
Peggy Olson, played by Elisabeth Moss, Draper's secratary who quickly rises to become a copywriter with her own office to boot.
