Unlike USB device this is not readily removable and you can't take it out and use on another PC without opening your desktop. Some new desktops may have this as a built in feature or you can buy it seprately. 4. Using monitor with TV / Monitor featureIf you are planning to upgrade your computer monitor you can buy a monitor with built in TV tuner. You can work on it and you can use it as full functional TV when you are done. Cost wise this may be the costly solution but if you are looking for a second TV you can choose it.
